How we work

  1. Send the form with your town, property type and what is happening.
  2. We get back to you to talk it through and arrange an inspection.
  3. The roofer inspects the covering, flashings, gutters and what sits underneath, with photos.
  4. You get a written scope and agree the price before work starts.

Our process in detail

Roofing services

From emergency leaks to a new tile or metal roof — what we help with.

Areas we cover

Local pages for Sydney CBD & inner city, Parramatta, Penrith, Liverpool and more, with roof types, weather and storm history, and the licensing and building rules to know.

Roofing across Sydney

Most calls are leaks after storms, hail-cracked tiles, worn ridge-cap pointing and rusted or lifted metal sheets. Sydney Roofing Pro focuses on finding the real source of the leak and repairing it properly — in Sydney CBD & inner city, Parramatta, Penrith, Liverpool and throughout Sydney.

Some roofs only need a flashing, a few tiles or a section repaired; others need a full replacement. The inspection decides, not a sales script.

Straight answers on cost

Costs depend on the roof, the access and what the inspection finds, and the price is agreed before work starts. Our cost guide lists the factors that drive the price.

Quick answers

How do I get help?

Send the request form with your town, property type and what is happening. It is open 24/7.

Should I go up on the roof to look?

No. Wet, icy or storm-damaged roofs are dangerous. Photograph what you can from the ground and from inside, and wait for the inspection.

Should I repair or replace my roof?

Many tile and metal roofs can be repaired by replacing broken tiles, re-bedding ridge caps or renewing flashings. Widespread rust, porous tiles or repeated leaks are reasons to re-roof. The inspection decides.

Are prices listed?

No. Estimates follow an on-site assessment.
